Overview

Sprinix is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic IT company. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent sales skills, and a strategic mindset to enhance our market presence and achieve business objectives.

Responsibility
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Create and implement comprehensive business development plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with marketing and product strategies.
  • Provide input on marketing campaigns, product offerings, and service enhancements.
  • Finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
